The service

Vinumer is a web app for keeping a wine collection and a wine diary. By using the app you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Vinumer OÜ (16799991), Tartu.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Your account is personal. Keep your password secret and use your real email address.
• You can delete your account at any time. If you break these terms, we may block your account.

Content you enter

• The data and photos you enter remain yours.
• Only add photos you have the right to use. About other people, write only what they allow, such as their first name.
• With your consent, you give us a free right to use general wine details and photos in the shared wine database. When you delete your account, you can ask us to remove the photos that came from you.

What is not allowed

Do not add illegal or offensive content, do not try to attack the service or access other people's data, and do not create accounts automatically.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service reliable and the data backed up, but we cannot promise that it always works without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage.

Changes and governing law

We announce important changes by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by Estonian law.
