Who we are

Vinumer is provided by Vinumer OÜ (16799991), Tartu, who is responsible for your data. If you have questions, write to info@vinumer.com.

What data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted), language and the time of your consent.
• Data you enter: wines, versions, tastings, ratings, notes, names of the people you tasted with, and photos. We remove the location and other metadata from photos.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details while you are signed in and in error logs.

What we use the data for

• To provide the service: your account, keeping and showing your data to you, and the necessary emails (confirming your address, resetting your password).
• To keep the service secure and fix errors.
• With your consent, to build a shared wine database. Others may see general wine details and photos there, but not your name, notes or companions.

We do not sell data, show ads or use analytics or advertising cookies. We use cookies only for signing in.

Who sees the data

• You.
• The Vinumer administrator, when needed for user support or to prevent abuse.
• The data is stored on Zone Media OÜ servers in Estonia. Backups are also kept in the European Union.

How long we keep the data

• We keep your account data until you delete your account. Deleting the account removes all your data and photos at once.
• Deleted wines, tastings and photos are removed permanently after 90 days.
• If an email address is not confirmed within 7 days, we delete the account.
• Logs are kept for 14 days and backups for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can see and correct your data in the app. You can delete your account in the account settings, which also withdraws your consent. For a copy of your data or other questions, write to info@vinumer.com. If you believe we are violating your rights, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
